- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Grease a pie dish and spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
