Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Brown the meatballs on all sides in the skillet.
  7. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
