- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides in the skillet.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
