Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add rice, stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Add black beans, broth, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Fluff with a fork and garnish with cilantro.
