Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup of spicy dumplings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled.
  3. In a pan, heat chicken broth and add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste.
  4. Add spicy dumplings to the broth and cook until heated through.
  5. Drain ramen noodles and place in a bowl.
  6. Pour the broth and dumplings over the ramen.
  7. Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and place on top of the ramen.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level to your preference.
  • You can use frozen dumplings for convenience.
