Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup of spicy dumplings
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled.
- In a pan, heat chicken broth and add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste.
- Add spicy dumplings to the broth and cook until heated through.
- Drain ramen noodles and place in a bowl.
- Pour the broth and dumplings over the ramen.
- Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and place on top of the ramen.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- You can use frozen dumplings for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bok choy.
