Ingredients

- 1 lb bulgogi beef
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add bulgogi beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in kimchi and soy sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Toast sandwich rolls lightly.
- Fill rolls with beef mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.

- Adjust kimchi amount based on spice preference.
- Use other cheese varieties if desired.
- Serve with pickled vegetables for added crunch.
