A flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf with spicy Korean BBQ flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, soy sauce, gochujang, green onions, garlic, egg, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- This meatloaf can be made ahead and reheated.
