Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, soy sauce, gochujang, green onions, garlic, egg, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with rice or vegetables.
