- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Add cilantro, jalapeños, cheese, milk, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
