- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the mixture.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
