Ingredients
- Flatbread – 1 piece
- Fresh spinach – 2 cups
- Feta cheese – 1 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Red pepper flakes – optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach, cooking until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the cooked spinach over the flatbread.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
