A creamy and savory dip made with spinach and artichokes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- You can use frozen spinach, just make sure to thaw and drain it.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
