- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped spinach, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
