Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bread
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer bread, spinach, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
