Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it.
- Shape into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
