Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic.
- Whisk together until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over fresh spinach salad.
