- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the squash until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sautéed squash to the cream mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Add breadcrumbs over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
