A delicious dish combining steak with creamy spinach tortellini.
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak
- 12 oz spinach tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spinach tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak and let it rest before slicing.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve tortellini topped with sliced steak.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Use any cut of steak you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
