A delicious dish combining steak with creamy spinach tortellini.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak
  • 12 oz spinach tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spinach tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove steak and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and mix well.
  9. Serve tortellini topped with sliced steak.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Use any cut of steak you prefer.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
