Steak & Spinach Alfredo Stuffed Shells Recipe is a hearty dish featuring large pasta shells filled with a creamy steak and spinach mixture.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked steak, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced steak, chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the steak and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Feel free to use leftover steak for this recipe.
  • Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
