- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked steak, diced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the diced steak, chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the steak and spinach mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover steak for this recipe.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
