A delicious recipe for sticky chicken rice bowls with fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 chicken thighs, boneless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice chicken and serve over rice.
- Top with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
