- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides for about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less chili sauce.
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
