Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the chicken thighs on both sides for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  7. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
