Ingredients

- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add gnocchi and cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in marinara sauce and stir to combine.
- Add dollops of ricotta cheese on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
- Cover and cook on low heat until cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
- Use store-bought or homemade marinara sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
