A delicious strawberry basque cake with a creamy texture.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, flour, eggs, vanilla, and salt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Fold in the strawberries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
