Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.

- Let cookies cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add diced strawberries and mix gently.
- Spread filling on one cookie and top with another to make a sandwich.
