A delicious pastry filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each pastry rectangle.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute cream cheese with ricotta.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
