Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to break any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, layer pudding with chopped strawberries.
