- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add mini marshmallows and chopped strawberries, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
