Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk and strawberry puree.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
