A sweet and creamy fudge inspired by strawberry shortcake flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup crushed shortbread cookies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate and butter over low heat.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Add the chopped strawberries and crushed cookies to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
