Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in heavy cream until combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead briefly.
  6. Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. While baking, mix sliced strawberries with powdered sugar and set aside.
  9. Whip cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
