Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Mix in cornstarch until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a springform pan.
- Swirl in the strawberry puree and top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
