Description
Delicious strawberry truffles made with fresh strawberries and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and pureed strawberries until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls of the mixture and dip them in melted chocolate.
- Dust with cocoa powder and place on a tray.
- Refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Use milk chocolate for a sweeter taste.
