Stuffed Chinese Cabbage Rolls are a delicious and healthy dish filled with meat and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of Chinese cabbage
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cooked rice, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
- Add a little water or broth to the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any ground meat of your choice.
- Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Serve with additional soy sauce for dipping.
