Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and garlic; sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, green onions, sautéed mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
