Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar cookie dough
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought sugar cookie dough for convenience.
- Top with whipped cream or fruit if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
