Ingredients

- 1 package sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sugar cookie mix, butter, and 1 egg. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add 2 eggs, sour cream, and flour. Mix until combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can top with whipped cream or fruit.
- Use a water bath for a creamier texture.
