Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and mix well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs.
  5. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
