- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes, stir well.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
- Toss the pasta with the tomato mixture and parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil.
