Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with sun-dried tomato pesto.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread sun-dried tomato pesto on two slices of bread.
- Place shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
- Top with the other two slices of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill until golden brown on one side.
- Flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.

- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
