Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into small pieces
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine shredded crab meat, cream cheese, and green onions.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, spread it in an even layer in a baking dish.
  7. Spread the crab mixture over the rice.
  8. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Garnish with nori pieces before serving.
