A delicious and easy-to-make sushi bake dish that combines the flavors of sushi in a warm, baked form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into small pieces
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded crab meat, cream cheese, and green onions.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it in an even layer in a baking dish.
- Spread the crab mixture over the rice.
- Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Garnish with nori pieces before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sriracha to your spice preference.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
- Can substitute crab meat with shrimp or vegetables for variation.
