- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions.
