Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine coconut cream, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in coconut flakes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of syrup.
