Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sweet corn, grated zucchini, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and olive oil to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the corn and zucchini mixture.
  6. Add cheese to the batter and mix.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
