Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each sweet potato cube with a half slice of bacon.
- Thread the bacon-wrapped sweet potatoes onto skewers.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
