- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the sweet potato layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
