Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 300g green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Stir halfway through the cooking time for even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
