Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to taste for spice level.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
