Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 10g salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 50ml olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbs, and cheese.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread the garlic herb mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
