Ingredients

  • 7g instant yeast
  • 300ml warm water
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbs, and cheese.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread the garlic herb mixture over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Cool before serving.
