A hearty and flavorful taco soup that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Top with cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
- Can be made vegetarian by omitting the beef.
- Adjust spices for more heat if desired.
