A delicious copycat recipe of Olive Garden’s stuffed mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for the best flavor.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- These can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
