Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- In one bowl, place flour; in another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Dip each cheese ball in flour, then in egg mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry cheese balls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
