- 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Thai peanut sauce.
- Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the lettuce leaves.
- Add shredded carrots, cucumber slices, cilantro, and chopped peanuts on top.
- Wrap the lettuce leaves around the filling tightly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
